華航企業工會表示，大家抗爭並非要漫無目的喊價、把公司拖垮，只是認為自己不公平對待。其中，由於第4條訴求卡在職業工會「防搭便車條款」，因此華航答應，要將此訴求送至台南房貸利率比較 勞工局仲裁，若有結果將追補至7月1日開始發放。
高雄身份證借錢
華航企業工會昨（28）日下午宣布與資方代表華航總經理謝世謙簽署協議，工會八項訴求多數獲得同意，包括恢復全體員工年度晉支、追補原凍結年資，調高非地勤津貼、保證全公司員工全年休假日為123天等。華航估計，這一部分會增加今年下半年2.17億元支出。
